I see people asking for a support in form of 'buying a coffee' for a long time now. If you didn't know, it's just a simple ask for a tip or donation. You'll often find it in open source projects, free books and anything else creators put out there.
I never wanted to deal with setting that up. I haven't seen the point, especially for some very small donations. However, I do have a Gumroad account and Gumroad now let's people start 'buy me a coffee' as their service:
I think this is a great addition to Gumroad. I have some open source contributions as well as many blog posts that helped people from time to time. So I am thinking I give it a go. If not for anything, then for the fun of it.
